French Toast Latte
Buttery maple syrup and warm cinnamon swirl with bold espresso and cold milk, topped with a luscious brown sugar cinnamon cold foam that tastes like Sunday morning french toast in a glass.
The cold foam drinks like melted French toast custard, balanced by the roasty backbone of espresso to keep the maple sweetness from feeling cloying.

Step-by-Step Procedure
Phase 1: Cold Foam Preparation
In a small frothing cup, combine the cold foam ingredients and froth with a handheld milk frother for 20–30 seconds until thick and airy. Set aside.
Phase 2: Flavor Base & Extraction
In your serving glass, combine 0.5 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and 1 dash cinnamon powder.
Brew 1 Double Espresso pod directly into the glass over the syrups and spices. Stir or whisk with a handheld frother for 10 seconds until completely dissolved.
Phase 3: Ice & Milk Pour
Fill the glass with plenty of ice cubes.
Pour 3/4 cup milk over the ice; stir gently to combine and watch the layers swirl.
Phase 4: Crown & Garnish
Spoon the prepared cold foam from Phase 1 over the top of the iced latte.
Finish with a dusting of cinnamon powder.
Whip the cold foam first so it forms a stable, airy head before pouring espresso over ice.
